- Clare Farrell Added November 16, 2023★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Television remote held together by sticky tape needless to say it didnt work, I was told "you have 2 rooms take the other one no interest in fixing the problem. Both electric blankets did not work. Shower was good.

They also encourage cash paymentsvwith discounts, but no receipt.

The air-conditioning / heating was excessively noisy and the TV Needs updating, it doesn't have digital channels so was basically useless

- Michelle Wood Added October 20, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was pleasantly surprised on our one night stay last week. Visiting from Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne for an evening fundraiser. Check-in friendly greeting and no-fuss process. Stayed in the single room (with queen bed) which lacked natural light, however is a good size. No smoking room, however could smell cigarettes - could have been from outside, other guests? Decor was a little dated, but pristine so it didn't matter. Honestly, I'm a neat/clean freak and loved that everything was spotless! No dust, carpet clean and not 'sticky', sheets crispy clean, and nothing broken or chipped i.e. tiles, crockery. Nothing fancy, just excellent value for money. Will stay here again when we next visit Sunbury.
